Release weight, choose to eat healthy today. My emotions will not control my food choices. Sleep is all messed up, fall asleep from being exhausted, but do not stay asleep for more than 2-3 hours. Reading on relaxation and meditation, sleepy time tea. Start of a new day, smile and have a awesome week.
