I could not believe I lost another pound this morning. I weighed 3 times to make sure the scale was right. I'm still on Low Carb Diet, but been trying this macronutrient plan. Don't know much about it, just been doing some of the menu's. 70% fat, 10% carbs, 20 % protein. Been doing it over a week. Believe it or not, my arthritis does not hurt as bad, & I've been have more energy. Going to have to research it more.
