I was hoping for more of a weight loss this week but I am just happy that I lost. I am sticking to my eating plan almost as perfectly as I can, but I am not as active as I was previously due to the back problems and right knee and leg problems. I will not let the devil get me down, but will look to GOD to keep me on my path to healthier living.
