Ok all over now.Back on track, gained 1kg. So here goes onwards and downwards.
94.5 kg 지금까지 감소한: 3.5 kg.    남은양: 19.5 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 잘 따르지 않음.

Mamma 1 kg is nothing! I put on 3.2 over the Christmas period! I am happy to say that I have lost nearly 2 of those kgs now and I am pretty motivated as I am back to trying to get to my goals one at a time - my next goal (which I was supposed to get to by the end of December) is 87.5 kgs. I am glad to see you are back and back on track! Onwards and Downwards. Lets see the scales downwards Jump in January!
