Christmas overeating was bad this year and I'm coming back down from the mentality of eating cookies until I want to puke. I don't yet know how my weight has been acting in the last two weeks of 2015 since I wasn't weighing myself, but I'm back on the wagon and hopefully will lose what I gained in short order. I'll be giving the TOPS program a try and seeing if that will help me maintain control over my weight during difficult times.
