I don't know why but I keep getting side-tracked from staying FIRMLY on my ultra-low carb...ing b/c I am an ENORMOUS FOODIE! I feel so EXCELLENT when I am eating less than 25 carbs a day but then I still stray in search of good eats. Well, I have decided that I am going to make it my mission in LIFE to find lo-carb versions of ev-ah-ree-thing I LOVE. I started with finding lo-carb taco shells b/c for the last couple of weeks, I absolutely could not stay away from eating taco after taco- 2 tacos here, 3 tacos there and then repeat the next day. N e who, I found some online on sale for $3.99 but couldn't charge them on my card at the time. When I went grocery shopping for the week at my favorite local market, I was shocked and AMAZED to find them there and on sale for $1.12 a box. OMG! I bought 3 boxes of 12 shells each and I am literally JONSIN' to try them this weekend. (I'm starting today in less than an hour- HA!) I'll let you all know about the brand name, taste/quality, and flavor once I've gotten a hold of 'em. So, that got me thinking about other things that I crave and how to lo-carb(onize) em. lol ...I WILL BE JUNIOR HIGH-SCHOOL "SKINNY" IF IT'S THE LAST THING I DO! ;)
