Still at 312.5, didn't really try to lose weight this week. I'm glad I didn't gain or lose, but this week could have been a lot worse.

I'm with you on that! Ate what I wanted, just didn't eat as fast as usual and didn't take 2nd's. Mindful eating that I should be practicing daily!
