When I was in my teens I felt like I could eat anything. Now that I am 41, those days have caught up with me.
My weight has gone up and down for about 15 years, not sure if I was lazy or just liked to eat. I started getting getting back pains to where it was hard stand up for prolong periods at a time. My weight got so out of control I topped out at 383 pounds.
In May I decided to make a change to my lifestyle. My short term is get under 300 pounds (299). Long term would be to get around 220ish.
