I am surprised I only gained a lb Thanksgiving. Actually I did not eat that much, but more than my body can handle. I eat about half of what my daily calorie recommendations are. If I eat what is recommended on a daily basis, I'll gain a couple pounds a week. I ate healthy, but more than I normally do. I did not get in my daily exercise except for walking. So overall not too bad. Now my goal is to lose at least 10 pounds by Christmas. If so, it will be the best Christmas present I get. Good luck to all.
