I lost less weight this week, since I went out of ketosis for some reason. I don't stress over this, because it's normal for the weight loss rate to slow down as I go. I just need to make sure I exercise, since I'm quite lazy and I hate exercising!

I am getting closer to the 35 in./88cm threshold: my waist size is 35.5 in. (or 90.2 cm) today. I'm happy and I'll keep up with the program.
