Even though I reached goal when I hit 135, I wanted to get to 132 at the lowest so I'd have a range to fluctuate with. 1lb to go :-) The holidays are going to require a lot of will power, but I think I'm going to keep my cals low (of what's logged on the computer) on days that we have parties and gettogethers just so I don't go overboard. I want to ensure I have enough calorie space to eat what's at the special dinners without going over in calories. Which means, lots of protein and fiber BEFORE the parties :-)
