OKay. So here I go again. Time to get back on the diet wagon. Lost my father and father n' law over the last few months and did not watch what I was eating. I gained 10 pounds so now I'm back up to a terribly sad weight. I hurt so much from this extra 10 pounds. Both mentally and physically I'm a mess. I have to do something. Today is the day!Let the calorie counting begin.
