Oh the water weight after a cheat meal...I swear everytime I eat pizza or pasta I gain water weight.

Btw Day 2 without coffee...going to try to go without coffee as long as I can..
Maybe I should add dairy too

better you than me ;) I always say that I fear for other people's lives if I don't drink coffee. I am definitely with you on the bread and pasta though; I love it but if I have too much starch period or don't at least eat it with a salad my weight fluctuates pretty badly and I've always had bloat problems. I actually take a supplement to help reduce bloat. Keep up the good work!

Oooh what supplement do you take to reduce your bloat?? When I was on a cleanse two years ago I felt my thinnest because I had NO bloat, I think it was due to giving up all dairy and bread. Let me know!

Cant live with out Coffee, now Dutch Brothers a local coffee shop is introducing White Coffee

Omg what is white coffee?? I had given up coffee in the past for a few months and felt amazing, it started with a cleanse. I just want to see how it makes me feel. I do however, have black tea in the AM. Rest of the day I drink herbal tea because my office is so cold

I used to drink white coffee as a kid, it's just a little bit of coffee in a lot of milk.

Haha yes! Today is Day 3. SO far so good. I now have been drinking 5 cups a tea today since giving up coffee. I have 1 cup black tea in the morning- half the caffeine as i used to drink in coffee The rest of the day I drink different herbal teas!

Hi Panigale, I actually take something called Acai Trim and it's something that you can usually find at Wal-Mart. It's in their aisle with all their other dietary supplements and it's acai berry, raspberry ketone, and that green coffee bean all rolled into one. The acai reduces cravings, the raspberry keeps off the bloat, and the green coffee bean keeps you energized so you can burn off calories faster & easier!

@ sassy I heard of it. I know my mom has used it and said she had good results with that supplement, maybe I will give it a go! @Davisca Yep! However I did treat myself to a latte from starbucks this Halloween. Now it is monday back to no coffee
