The Upsy Downsy Ball keeps rolling. Down a pound today. Wish I could just find a Downsy ball to ride a few weeks. Went to be evaluated at physical therapy today. They said from the tests they ran, I was in better shape than most men half my age. Had me doing lots of exercise's to see what the results were. Passed each one except the squats. I told them I wanted to lose at least ten more pounds. They said my muscle structure was great, and most of my extra weight came from loose sagging skin. Said at my age if I wanted to get rid of it, I'd probably have to have surgery to cut it away. I said nope, I'll just keep trying. We talked about my Arthritis. Said it was really bad from doctors reports. Said they were surprised I could do as well as I did, & asked didn't it hurt. Yes, but it reminds me I'm still alive. Set me up a program that's supposed to help my feet & a posture problem. We'll see how it goes. Thanks to all for your support.
