Not bad not bad.... Last night got in 45min kickboxing. I ran late but its fine. My muscles were sore as hell anyway so I couldn't go all out as I normally do. I got home starving, I did not eat enough during the day. So I had shrimp scampi (shrimp only) substituted the pasta with a Caesar salad-avoided the croutons. Then I made myself 3 eggs and 2 slices a bacon for added protein. Not bad.. I hate ordering in because my BF orders chicken fingers and fries...=( I nibbled on two fries and a 1/4 piece of one chicken finger... I guess thats better than eating 20 fries right?
Whatever new day. So far I am fasting. I have the left over Caesar salad dressing with me. I took a WHOLE container of organic mixed greens from the store. Chopped up left over chicken breast in it and carrots. I added more baby spinach and Ill throw the rest of the Caesar dressing in it. Thats my lunch today. YES PEOPLE I KNOW CAESAR DRESSING SUCKS AND ITS NOT PALEO.... I can make a paleo version of it but time is money and I went to work early instead. The dressing wont kill me.. its about 2 tbs...wait...why am I making excuses for eating the dressing? PFFFF I am working out tomorrow and today anyway
Ok I am shutting up. I lost 1 lb not bad, But i CANT GET PAST THE 150s!!!!!! URGH I have to try harder....
