After 4 weeks of a specific eating plan, I lost 8 pounds and Hubby lost 17.8 pounds! He wants to continue and so do I. There is no hunger or cravings. I do miss a glass of wine or a beer now and then, but the steady drop in weight means more to us than the treats...We soon will be able to plan for indulgences and see how they affect our losses.

When I heard about this plan, I thought it was crazy, so did my daughter when she heard about it, as did her friend and so on and so on...It WORKS! It comes in around 40-50 grams of fat/80-100 grams of carbs and 100-120 grams of protein and around 1400 calories per day. Makes for a nice balanced pie chart!

I found it when I googled the Ad Exec diet or "how to get a body like an underwear model"...These execs were going to do a photo shoot(nude) and wanted to get in the best, lean shape as fast as possible. The meal planning/prep is easy and I did a cost analysis and it ran about $7-8$ per person per day. Not bad! Maybe it will work for you! I did modify only the egg portion, swapping 2 whole eggs versus 3 egg whites and mixed up the veggies at dinner withing the carb allotment.

Be careful (slow) with indulgences! It is possible to loose a good amount in a month and then gain it all back within a few days because of the metabolism change in the body with dieting.
