Weighed in after being on the new eating plan. I lost 3 pounds in 7 days and feel terrific. Hubby lost 8.4 pounds!!!! He has waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more to lose than me, therefore it comes off faster as well,and Hurray for him! He has not been in the right frame of mind to think "diet", and I have dieted all my life....but long story short...HE WAS READY...and he has been a beacon for me, because his resolve is very Intense! We plan to stay on this way of eating for 30 days and then tweak it as we add strength training and cardio. Right now with building the cabin and property upkeep, we are calling it good...
