I don’t think I am living up to Paleo diet. The diet calls for eating clean and mostly organic foods. I find that I am eating low carb but not necessarily the Paleo way – more like the Atkins way. Therefore,effective September 6/15 my diet is switched from Paleo to Atkins Maintenance. Why maintenance? Because I workout hard and need to have at least 50g carbs. Will adjust as days go by and I have had a chance to asess my mood and energy levels.
