I was at a stall and a lot of people told me I was not eating enough. I usually average between 800 & 1000 calories a day. So I decided to give it a try. I knew better because I've tried it before, only to gain weight quickly. Anyway after 2 weeks of eating between 1200 & 1500 cals., I gained 10 pounds! I went back to my old routine & have lost 8 pounds in 3 days. Now I concede if I got more exercise, I might be able to eat more, but I've tried it in the past & gained weight as well. I have arthritis pretty bad & can't do some of the exercise's I used to. I now walk about a mile a day, and anywhere between 2 & 5 miles on stationary bike daily. Also work out with bar bells every other day. Some sitting exercises & posture exercises also. I mainly eat Low carb/Paleo & think I will stick with that.
