Last weigh in was a guess, today I got on the scale.
Feeling much better today. I will smile the blues away. Even as I tyoe that my fingers are commnding it and my brain is inserting the word try just try. Self-defeating. I slept so much and my body feels very rested. Time to focus and tackle the wonderful life I have. My dogs love me!
