Down 3.8 lbs as of this morning before my swim. Not bad at all considering I was 361.8 just Saturday night. Gotta be careful with Wife's left overs. She can eat stuff that just sticks to me like glue. Hope to make it to <342 by my birthday next week. 1.5hrs swim followed by 16oz coffee and 2tbls hazelnut creamer and 2 cups of dry lima beans I cooked overnight. Plan to take another 75gr of protein throughout the day. Tilapia fillets.
