Been lalaking about updating. Intermittent fasting and OMAD has really boosted my health. I hardly ever weigh myself but rather, I rely on my overall sense of well being, agility, energy level and clarity of mind. I no longer “diet” and have embraced a lifestyle change instead. Eating to live instead of living to eat.

Ok. It seems all the info I put in this afternoon and thievening is no longer there. Guess this site has quite a few issues. Going back to LOSE IT tracking program. Thought this was gonna be better.. IT AINT!

Down 3.8 lbs as of this morning before my swim. Not bad at all considering I was 361.8 just Saturday night. Gotta be careful with Wife's left overs. She can eat stuff that just sticks to me like glue. Hope to make it to <342 by my birthday next week. 1.5hrs swim followed by 16oz coffee and 2tbls hazelnut creamer and 2 cups of dry lima beans I cooked overnight. Plan to take another 75gr of protein throughout the day. Tilapia fillets.

Started June 1st at 442lbs. Have been tracking with LOSE IT but this system seems more complete. Today is my fasting date and I weighed in at 360.2lbs yesterday morning. Have been eating high protein (B/S-less chicken breast, Tilapia all broiled) @ 400 gr daily with @ 300 gr spring mix greens from SAMs Club. Started out leisurely swimming 2hrs twice a day. Hit a plateau at 380lbs and switched to 1.5hrs x2 alternating treading, dog paddle and backstroke. Taking 80mg furosemide x2 every Sunday. Hoping to hit the 100lb mark by my birthday next week. Have come a long way and have a long way to go.
