wow i am unable to locate the number of calories I am allowed in a 24 hour period. Open for anyone who can help me. I just joined 2 days ago and not that great at figuring where everything is located just yet. Thank you sorry I am computer challenged.

According to your diet calendar, the 940 calories you have eaten today is 55% of your RDI which is your recommended daily intake. That would make your calories allowed in a 24 hour period about 1700. Forgive me my math is not great but I think that's right. Welcome to FS!

Under My Toolbox on the right side of My Fat Secret, click My Diet. You should then be able to calculate your calories according to your age, current weight, and level of activity.

Forgot one additional step. Under Change Your Weight Details, choose option e----SetUp or Change Your Recommended Daily Intake

Awe thanks everyone really appreciate the help. I knew I had no appetite, just did not realize how little I was taking in till I started tracking it. I know I need to reach my required calories as well, just a challenge I will have to face
