Another pound done gone. Bought me a new pair of shoes that seems to help the pain in my feet when I walk. Was able to walk a mile yesterday without much pain. First time in awhile. Arthritis can really hold back physical activity, but I'm working on it. Almost have full use of my left shoulder rotator cuff back, due to physical therapy. Never give up. Hope all on Fat Secret have a wonderful day.
