Dear Journal! "Hi Everyone!" I have been away visiting my son and the Grand kids! We all had a great time. :) I have missed all of you. This site has not been very far from my mind, especially when I am eating! LOL :) I am so happy that I did not gain weight while I was traveling! Yeah! :) I had my FIRST PIZZAsince about 6 months ago, when I first started my diet. I took the kids to “Chucky Cheese,” and we, of course ordered a pizza. I chose to enjoy the meal with the kids, thinking that I needed pizza lol-That's because poor me has been so deprived of this certain fast food! Now, I will have to say...“Why that was was the best pizza that I have eaten in a very long time!” Haha!:) You All take care. And happy weight loss! What works for me...I stayed away from most Carb's. No sweets, except fruits! Blessings~Ann
