I did the 5 day Nutrisystem jump start package I bought at the store and managed to stick with it. I didn't need junk food and I didn't feel overly hungry. All the snacks were fruit and protein. The portions of all but the fresh veggies and fruit I added were tiny. Eye opener. I ate more f/v than they said because it was for a 1200/day calorie, not enough for this body. After the 5 days I still tracked my food and while portions and ratio of meat and starches to fruit and veggies changed. Mostly I maintained, but felt a lot better and was starting to tweak the meal plan when the gall bladder attack came followed by--ok, to be continued. Super long journal entries don't help.

LOL Cherikim, You did better than me... I bought thought package from Walmart $49.95, I have to laugh , not very tasty, ...Tried to give away to neighbor, ended throwing half in trash.

I know, their packaged food wasn't tasty to me either. Did not rush out to get another one.
