Two weeks in a row, shame on me. I can give you some excuses but that's all they are. I ate some junk food and got through the week, but the indulgence has been too much for my goals. My reason for this is still there and it all comes back to self control and personal accountability. I will have a better week. I don't care what life throws at me and what excuses I try and tell myself. See you next week.
