Finding what works for me. Been trial and error but think I’m finally getting into a groove. Definitely paying attention to just how many calories even little bits of things have. A tablespoon or 1/4 cup of add ons I never thought twice about are out as I see they bring well over 100 calories but not that satisfying to be worth the calories. Still like a cookie or two or a handful of M&Ms sometimes though. Overall, lowering daily intake and staying active. No where near where I want to be but taking it one day at a time. Going on vacation next week so got to stay disciplined.
