Ups and downs according to the scale. I’m disappointed in my progress but on the other hand, I don’t think I will want to keep up a rigorous exercise (okay, just walking mostly) routine long term so I have to be realistic. On the bright side, I invested in some better walking shoes. Settled on a pair of Hoka Clifton 9s and I already feel the benefits. Made it 2 hours of walking today without aches and pains and at an under 19 minute mile pace so win! Watch registered 1,000 calories walked off. Record for me. It’s a good day so far. Just got to watch out for those snacks.
