I hate low carb induction diet. Tired of eggs, bacon, sausage. Too risky for high cholesterol. Ordered 21 day FIX plan. It has more variety and addresses my main problem, portion control. Low carb so far has also been low calorie. Like the weight loss but I have a terrible taste in mouth!
