Awesome Sunday!!! Spent almost 3.5 hours in the Gym. LA FITNESS here in Toronto is fantastic. So many fitness choices. Equipment is great from Cardio to Resistance to Squash to Basketball to Swimming. A fitness FREAKS heaven!!!
Did 60 minutes on Stairmaster while watching Blue Jays beat Red Sox (11 Straight!!!!)....Then did Leg Workout with Weights. Then played an hour of squash....
After big workout enjoyed Sauna and Whirlpool!! With a SWIM!!
How fantastic is that!!!
Weight down as a result! No diet cheats however I have been craving Chips!!
BIG BIG race next Saturday. Olympic Distance Triathlon!!
