Changing from the label "Paleo Diet" to "Clean Eating - No Sugar". I've actually been eating clean for a while now. I find the use of the paleo diet to be too high in fat content and used incorrectly. I believe you can do a mix of paleolitic diet and clean eating, (higher protein, minimal fats (only nuts, avocado, EVOO) but increasing fruit sugars while removing other processed sugars.
