First entry but I’ve been here for about a week. Realizing how much I’ve been denying reality for 30 years. Now that I’m really tracking foods etc here, I’m able to make better choices. Losing 30 years of weight creep in your mid-60s is a struggle but I’m going to do it! Nice to see others posts too. They are inspirational
