Stuck to my plan so well, and clothes looser. Got a new scale, so I don't know whether the previous one was calibrated wrong - still disappointed when the scale goes up.
84.8 kg 지금까지 감소한: 2.2 kg.    남은양: 9.8 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 100%.

I know that feeling, it could be water weight. is it an electronic scale ? I found that my old (dial)scale always gave me different readings. Keep at it, you will see results.

How often do you weigh yourself? It's important to have a specific time frame between weigh-ins. For example, If you weigh in on a Friday morning after using the loo and then weigh in on the following Monday morning(after a weekend of consuming alot) then the chance of seeing a higher reading on Monday is possible BUT if you skipped that Monday and waited for the next Friday morning then you might just see the scale go down if you stuck to your weight loss activity(diet, fast, exercise, etc.). I personally weigh in once a week early in the morning after using the loo. I do monitor weight during the week out of curiousity and I can tell you that it will fluctuate like crazy and I saw it go up over 1.5kg between readings but I keep to what I'm doing and when the official weigh-in is done then I see a drop compared to 7 days ago.

Please don't get discouraged by the scale...a few weeks ago I weighed myself because I felt I had lost some weight and I went from a size 38 to 36, but it only showed that I had lost 3kgs, so my weight had dropped from a 80kg to 77kg, that didn't look right because if I was at 77kg a few months before that I could not fit into a size 36, which meant I had lost cm's which is better than weight...I actually feel like ive lost double that, but that scale is still not saying that...so I say rather measure than weigh theres to many variables to take into consideration when weighing.

Another scale tip is to never place a scale on a carpeted floor when you are weighing yourself. I found that a carpet between the level floor and the scale can contribute to giving you a false reading.

Thanks for the encouragement, everyone - I will remember all the tips and apply them, and the loose clothing is super encouraging. :)
