danger zone!!!!! wow what a wake up just shows this has to be a lifestyle change and be certain to keep the sometimes food and drink just that! ..sometimes, have been totally off track with food,eating whatever, whenever and honestly it hasnt felt that good. im feeling "crap". i havent exercised either in about 2 or more weeks and i think thats making me feel sh#t as well. so good thing i remember how to fix things! right? will be pumping this week and getting back into healthy mode, i hate feeling fat n frumpy!
