I'm stuck at 140 lbs. I've been in Florida for the winter at my 55plus park with lots of parties etc which hasn't helped, but at least I haven't gained. Heading home to Canada this weekend so i should have more control of my diet whe I I am alone. My plan is to have fruit and a little granola and coffee for breakfast, A green smoothie plus some veggie for lunch and a protein plus veggie dinner with maybe a baked potato. We will see if this works. I am 84 now and very fit but whereas it used to be easy to drop a few pounds 20 years ago now the bulges arond my middle seem to be permanently stuck there.
