One pound this week. I've been on a roll the past few weigh-ins, so I was due for a slow-down. That's okay--my graph is still trending DOWN and that's what counts! **************************************** Huge ego booster today. I saw a colleague that hasn't seen me since I started my new eating plan. His jaw dropped and he went on an on about how much weight I've lost and how great I look. He asked me how I did it so quickly and wanted some tips. *happy dance* Sometimes even though our clothes fit looser and we can fit into clothes we haven't worn in years, it's hard to see the difference in the mirror since we look at ourselves daily. But the difference can be startling to someone who hasn't seen us for several weeks.
