So far I've lost 5.5 pounds since Monday despite eating at least 2,000 calories per day.
I was browsing the walmart meat section and found some great deals on meat. $6.90 for 2.51 lbs of meat, that's awesome. I cooked it up, added an entire stick of butter to it and gobbled it up. That'll be my only meal for the day. Today I've eaten 4,300 calories and I feel great! No carbs, no insulin resistance, no inflammation, no fat gain, no problems! Energy and mood = :D
Supplements: 1 x 1000mg fish oil, 1x5000IU Vitamin D3, 1x400mg Magnesium
Beverages: 16oz of distilled water + 2 tsp maxwell house instant coffee + 4tbsp unsalted great value butter + 1tsp GNC pro performance creatine monohydrate.
Food: 2.51 lbs of beef cooked in 1 stick of butter and a pinch of pink mountain salt and black pepper for flavor.
Exercise: 30 minutes of intense weight training.
