Woohoo! Finally broke the 235 barrier. Yesterday marked the one month anniversary of walking a minimum of 3 miles a day at least 5 to 6 days a week. I was at 248 when I started so I've done well, having lost 15 pounds in a month. Just feels like forever. But I'm re-energized and feeling encouraged.
