This week was a bit unfortunate but looking back at it, yesterday in particular was bad for calories but most days I was eating at or over my daily limit so the result makes sense. I have had a good week in terms of exercise though. I'll focus on the diet again and aim to keep up with my daily exercise. See you next week.
