What a start to February. This week was a good week. I was thinking I didn't have any takeaway but I just remembered I had cake on the 31st and even Domino's pizza for dinner as it was my youngest child's 1st birthday and Nan and Pop visited with dinner. Otherwise my calories were in good order. I was generally more active but I also started my Super Swim for sick kids, which I managed to get 1.25km completed of my 10km goal. I'm looking forward to seeing how I go this month!
