YES YES YES I made it below 250. Go girl...ok excitement is over. Next goal is to reach 245..weather has not been nice for outside walking or going to town last month, but I got a puppy. he is definitely not letting me sit and chill very long.
Hopefully this month I can increase my walking and yoga. I've just cut back on my portions and still eating what I want to eat while drinking my water.
