Hello all. I'm back! I do like weight watchers, but I find that intuitive eating works just a little bit better for me. Here are my most recent stats: 220/207.6/135
220 is where I started about five months ago with weight watchers. I got to 211 with weight watchers in 4 1/2 months and the past two weeks have lost 3.6 pounds with intuitive eating. I look forward to checking in with everyone here again!
