Hi, im new here but just wanted to say WELCOME BACK! Im guessing with your weigh in you got discouraged and left? I just want you to know your not alone. I myself have this 3 month thing.... no matter what I do , I do it obsessively for a three month period. I get one fish tank and the next thing I know my house if full of them! one plant start? BAM! the house looks like a jungle!! diet? TO THE EXTREAM! but all this only lasts for 3 months for some reason... im at my 3 month mark with this diet. the little voice in me says "im done". but im not done! I still need to loose 150lbs Plus!! add me to your buddies list if you want to and we can help each other together! or not? that's cool too. I just wanted to let you know that there are friends on here to be found. Your not alone!

hi there, i also have the 3 month thing. This time though I've got to get it together. I can barely walk anymore and adding the weight to my spinal deformities and hip issues isn't helping. I have a baby graddaughter that I want to be able to chase once she starts running. I'm considering bariatric surgery. I've gone to the first appointment and the dietician but I'm not completely set on it. I would have the sleeve procedure because I'm not interested in a malabsorption surgery. I've put it off for years because i have binge eating disorder and have been bulemic in the past. I'm seeing someone to help me with the emotional aspects of eating. thanks for commenting. I don't really remember how to add a buddy....
