Well the scale did move down not much, happy it didn't go the other way. I have been eating larger portions and I have to stop it. My hubby has surgery tomorrow morning for Glaucoma, I pray that our heavenly father watches over him at this time. Sorry I have not been on here to journal much this week I just didn't feel like it to much going on between doctors & labs. I will do better once this is all over and I can relax alittle.
