Hi Cherbe! For a person who uses the computer to make a living I am really dense with going on line. Finally was able to pull up your profile and learn about you personally. I have 3 sons and 2 granddaughters and one grandson. You are much lower than me in weight. I started gaining weight with my pregnanies in my twenties. But I was a really thin kid and don't identify myself with the body I'm in now. When I see pictures of myself I am embarrassed. I guess I technically am on the GI diet even though I'm doing it a little differently. Am eating almost 100% fresh or frozen. Trying to avoid artificial sweetners because I discovered, by doing this plan, they make me super irritable. Have 1 huge dog and 8 cats. Two of my sons share house with me. You commented I seem busy. I think I exercise more in my head than my body. If I can give you any encouraging tip, I mentioned this before I think, try and find in your grocery store the woman's mag "First". Usually at register. I have discovered so many helpful things through this litlle magazine. I still have problems exercising. Hang in there, I think of your and my mission and know we can do it.
