Official weigh-in = no change. I'm OK with that. For one I definitely think I'm PMSing and for another I figured I'd hit a plateau hard after that sudden drop I had. I figure at this point I'd love to lose a pound a month. Maybe even just .5 pounds a month. But I'm working on body composition kinda now anyway. Kinda.
So... Bobaflex tonight. Maybe I will make today my spike day. It kind of makes sense if I plan to drink at all. Plus I got roped into playing ultimate all day tomorrow; a total of five games or something. I was not excited at all but I just saw my roster and I'm PUMPED! Yeah ultimate!! But, what I mean is... if I'm going to play ultimate all day tomorrow I'm definitely going to get a pretty major calorie burn and could probably use a decent glycogen storage to fuel it. I guess I'll just opt out of the subway dinner I had planned and get something with a little more sustaining power before drinks.
