Well…a whole bunch of Calories yesterday. The right foods. Absolutely nothing bad…but a lot of NUTS!! LOL. Hit 2482 calories which is an ABSOLUTE PIG OUT for me! Great foods….Salmon, Kale Salad, Asparagus, Oranges, Blueberries, Pecans, Cashews, Almonds, Greek Salad. Hit all my nutritional markers!!
Very solid day of exercise…..Weights, Spin Class, Stairmaster Repeats!!
