This week was very chaotic. I am genuinely surprised with the scale but that's okay, I guess my overall countermeasures were enough. I do tend to round calories up and ignore exercise against my calories, instead solely going against my BMR as the baseline and adding some extra for my general daily activities. Next week will be 1 year since I have started. It is pretty wild seeing how far that I have come.
