This week I did very well, diet was on track and I visited the gym 4 times. The big change was swapping scales, as the previous scales I had been using were having some issues. Going off of the old scales I lost 2kg but using the old scales result from last week against the new more accurate scales this week I still managed to lose 0.2kg which is awesome now we are tracking more accurate for the coming weeks.
129.7 kg 지금까지 감소한: 46.1 kg.    남은양: 44.7 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

Glad to see you're back into it 💪 When I changed my scales back in December, I had an up tick of 3kg 😄 It only takes a few weeks to see the same numbers and start dropping again ... It's heaps better with nice, new scales... enjoy!!!

That's very true. New scales can be daunting when you find one is giving the wrong weight and you can feel like you're going backwards.
